Appointing of Members of the Supervisory Board of

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. („the Company”) informs that the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on 24th October 2013 appointed Mr. Kjell Olsson and Mr. Dariusz Witkowski as Members of the Supervisory Board. According to the Management Board judgement, the business activity of Mr. Kjell Olsson and Mr. Dariusz Witkowski is not of a competitive nature towards Arctic Paper S.A. According to the Management Board knowledge Mr. Kjell Olsson and Mr. Dariusz Witkowski are not shareholders or partners in civil law association or partnership that conducts business activity competitive towards Arctic Paper S.A., are not members of any body of company/corporation nor any other legal person, competitive towards Arctic Paper S.A. Mr. Kjell Olsson and Mr. Dariusz Witkowski are not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors held on the basis of National Court Register Act. Information about the education, qualifications and positions held, as well as the course of the professional career of the new Members of the Supervisory Board, the Company submits below. Mr. Kjell Olsson Mr. Kjell Olsson (born 1946) has got higher education, he is a Master of Business Administration graduate. Mr. Olsson had worked for 23 years in Atlas Copco and then he joined Nemus Holding AB Group in which he has been working until now. In his professional career in Nemus Group he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Chief Executing Officer. Currently, Mr. Olsson holds the position of a Board Member in a few companies of Nemus Group and Rottneros Group. Mr. Dariusz Witkowski Mr. Dariusz Witkowski (born 1966) has got higher education, he graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and National School of Public Administration. Mr. Witkowski took part in many management and securities exchange trainings, he is an MBA graduate, he is also a lecturer at conferences concerning capital markets. During his professional career, Mr. Witkowski held many managerial positions in companies such as PKN Orlen SA (Member of Management Board), UniCredit CA IB Poland SA (Member of Management Board, CFO/COO), Karen SA (CEO) and Confederation of Polish Employers. He also held a position of Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Treasury. Mr. Dariusz Witkowski is currenty the CEO in the Zak?ady Tytoniowe Lublin SA (factory of tobacco products) and also the General Director in the Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG).
