Observationsnoteringen för aktierna i AVTECH Swed

Den 24 maj 2013 observationsnoterades aktierna i AVTECH Sweden AB (”Bolaget”) eftersom bolaget meddelat att de ansökt om företagsrekonstruktion.

Bolaget offentliggjorde den 24 oktober 2013 att man av Attunda tingsrätt  har beviljats ett förtida avslut av Bolagets företagsrekonstruktion.

Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i AVTECH Sweden AB (AVT B, ISIN-kod: SE0004270445, orderboks-ID: 86868) ska tas bort. Observationsnoteringen tas bort fr.o.m. idag den 24 oktober 2013.

On May 24, 2013, the shares in AVTECH Sweden AB (“the Company”) received observation status because of the board of directors’ decision to apply for corporate restructuring.

On October 24, 2013, the Company announced that the Attunda District Court in Stockholm Sweden has granted the Company an early termination of the corporate restructuring.

With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in AVTECH Sweden AB (AVT B, ISIN-code: SE0004270445, orderbook-ID: 86868) shall be removed from observations status. The observation status will be removed with effect from today October 24, 2013.
