This dividend news is very positive for a number of reasons:
1) Once and for all we'll know if there are NSS present or not. The time when we received the dividend that was not retracted, SRGE went on the Reg SHO list. Just monitor the Reg SHO list after 11-23 to see if it's present or not. http://www.otcmarkets.com/market-activity/reg-sho-otc. I'm not sure if shorters have anything to worry about, since they could have covered a long time ago already. But we'll just have to wait and see.
2) Activity from the company after many, many months (8 months)! Lots of people sold their shares and thought it was over. It's showing signs of life again. People will begin to buy back shares (if there are still any left). The price of the share has to go up and people will withdraw their shares that they had for sale, if any.
3) New people will want to be in as this dividend news willl spread like fire across the boards and who knows what other news we can still expect?
As someone posted before, patience, patience... Don't get too carried away by emotions when it comes to stocks and what negative news other people post about stocks.
