Bid sitters can often be big fish looking to begin

Bid sitters can often be big fish looking to begin accumulation but not in a rush. Also bid sitters can often be big firms caught massively short and looking to cover but still have control over the bid/ask so only want to let it run up when they are ready and know for certain they have already grabbed (to cover) the lowest priced shares they are going to get. At some point the sellers dry up just like how sometimes at high prices the buyers dry up. Its what makes a market and makes stock prices fluctuate. What goes up must come down and what goes down must come up, eventually. I do not think its flippers because flippers trade in narrow ranges on the bid/ask and so they do not care about waiting to get the absolute lowest prices available, they buy high and sell higher. I think its possibly the beginning of a massive short covering rally, just my opinions.
