I have 3 thoughts, the first is that we may be seeing some real meaty details on a number of areas coming very soon, I like that " could be higher divvy" theory and I am thinking people are going to start nibbling in more, buying back if they sold or adding if they can
that will put real pressure on fake selling tactics,
