CC explained that collections were at record amounts but referrals were slow for the quarter as there was a pending change in the Florida law that caused uncertainty in the industry and a pause in referrals while waiting for the outcome of the new law. The change became known July 1 which turned to be be very favorable to SPIN and sales have begun accelerating again. The current quarter that we're in now, Q3, will show a large bump back up in revenues, profitability, and collections will continue to accelerate as well.
