Heard a story about my great-grandfather.....let me see if I can remember correctly.......

he had 8 children by his wife and was in the delivery room as the doctor was delivering the 9th child. Doctor said to him "Jim, I thought you said number 8 was going to be your last?!?!?"
Jim responded "I know I know Doc, I have sworn that if I everfind out I'm going to have another one I will hang myself!"
About 10 months pass and the Doctor walks in to deliver a baby and it's Jim and his pregnant wife w/ child #10....
Doctor says, "Jim! I thought you said if you ever were going to have another child, you would HANG YOURSELF!"
Jim says, "well Doc, when I found out she was pregnant, I went out to the barn....grabbed a rope and tied a noose. I then got a bucket, stepped up on it, tied the end of the rope to a beam, put the rope around my neck......AND just as I was about jump off I heard a little voice in my head that said "Jim, you might be hanging an innocent man!"
