Mueller Water Products Announces Quarterly Dividen

ATLANTA, Oct. 23, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mueller Water Products, Inc. (NYSE: MWA ) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 1.75 cents ($0.0175) per share, payable on or about November 20, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 8, 2013.

The Company also announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on January 29, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., local time, in Atlanta, Georgia. The Board of Directors has established December 2, 2013 as the record date for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and all holders of record as of that date will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
