I think time will tell us that it just took a little while to retire the ugly history of SKTO and AEGY before Allyn was willing to dip into the Rolodex. It's too easy to Google and find the word scam in relation to these two tickers, at least at some point in their lives it may have been completely true.  I'd do the same thing as KA... pump the brakes, be safe legally, buy time for November Newsom, then... BOOM! Media blitz w/ reborn Medical Greens & Pharmajanes featuring a clean slate and attractive stock price for KA's rich freinds... with no credibility risk for KA recommending celebs look into MG and PJ. Just my take...
