CENTROSOLAR Group AG announces that its two subsidiaries, Centrosolar AG (Hamburg) and Centrosolar Sonnenstromfabrik GmbH (Wismar), have today reached a common understanding with the banks that are financing the working capital on a concept to finance the continuation of the business. A financing agreement to that effect is to be finalized in the next few days. Part of the financing concept is that Centrosolar AG and Centrosolar Sonnenstromfabrik GmbH leave the protective shield proceedings and apply for the appointment of a preliminary insolvency administrator following the regular proceedings in order to provide further comfort to the banks.
