Neckarsulm, 23.10.2013 - In the third quarter of 2013, Bechtle AG's earnings before taxes amount to approximately EUR24.5 million, an increase of some 30% compared to the same quarter in 2012 (EUR18.3 million). Q3 revenues are at around EUR558 million, up about 10% compared to the previous year (EUR501.6 million). Preliminary analyses suggest that this development was mainly driven by the domestic business in Germany. The group's consolidated EBT for the period from January to September 2013 amount to approximately EUR53 million, around 5% above the same period of the previous year (EUR50.4 million on 30 September 2012). 9-month revenues are at approximately EUR1,591 million, an increase of some 7% compared to the first three quarters in 2012 (EUR1,484.6 million).
