the lieflub case is broken law-it has no family tree-- the defense used was not applicable- the defense changed the subject and nature of the case -an old cult trick-something increasingly prevalent in the legal system-judges often dont know whats going on in a case.

it defies logic that hypnotists would not use their tricks in court cases that affect them- and these cults all claim to be able to manipulate any judge or lawyer at will at any time via their craft hypnotism- I've opened the eyes of many attorneys to whats going on- who have recognized this- and scores of millions of americans believe these things -since the legal system submitted itself to this manipulation 6-29-62,thus rejecting 100's of years of precedent/culture as a purposeful puppet agent of change to turn the culture upside down faster than at any time in history

from the 1st day of law school the few who still have a conscience have it daily drilled out of them and most who still had a conscience fled in disgust in the 1st few days but i belonged by birth to 1 of the cults which control the legal system and was commanded to get a law degree/become a lawyer as part of that manipulation

they purposely eliminate any member of the population who would have any ability to stand against this manipulation-anybody who has any discernment or gift of discerning of spirits and anybody who refuses to submit to the man/powers that be who are using the legal system as a purposeful agent of change- chosen because it has less accountability to the people or the other branches of govt-and does not represent the people or the constitution

so the lieflub case cannot be used as precedent-but manipulators rely on such cases -it was either that case or another mistaken dead tree case which said CHAT boards were allowed to use such words as scam- not recognizing these were stock boards where people were purposely being defrauded of their money via shout fires- which is why bashers on every stock repeatedly say scam- they are mistaken into believing, by 1 manipulated broken tree case, that they are immune to libel when saying "scam"

but manipulators cant recognize this because they dont control or own thier own minds- saw this w most of the people around me in the cult. They are weak people due to a high level of rebellion-yet they desire attention/ power to control- so having rejected a far superior source of wisdom and power they make a contract w the puppetmaster for the ability to manipulate people at will.
ironically, because the puppetmaster is the master liar deceiver destroyer and destroys his own people, they lose their own mind when they make the contract - thus losing all control over even themselves -and when their master is done w them he destroys them w prejudice- saw this w the cult leader, my own mother, mother-in-law,  wife, relatives and friends chosen for me by the cult leader.
1 such friend asked me to cast his spirit guides out of him because he said they were killing him- as they eventually will do. i eventually cast the cult leaders spirit guides out also. In all such cases, they revert to the sick weakly powerless rebellious, depraved, attracted to evil like a magnet entities they were before making the contract and surrendering their minds- its all in the literature-by that time they are so weak they cant live without their spirit guides who are daily killing them -so its a dead end road.  So because their minds are surrendered to the master deceiver all they can do is deceive, lie, destroy everything around them their entire lives.

thats why they have so many levels of lies in their posts- its not human intelligence longs are dealing w in dealing w these crafter shorter bashers and thats why longs are in danger when reading such bashers posts unless they have the highest level of the gift of discerning of spirits= its the hidden multi-level lies the conscious mind does not recognize that are the danger, for u cant defend against something u dont even recognize - thus subliminal-which work on u without your knowledge
