Equijohn, no one knows the future. I know not what will happen in this stock or if there is potentially any run(s) in the future; maybe, maybe not, PK stocks can do anything at any time.
The reason for this is that the volume is entirely unknow-able, we cannot really declare that "people" are "loading" or "dumping", etc, there is just no way to really know. This is also what renders the spot PPS meaningless, though many will tout or bash depending on the closing price. For an example of why such a notion is merely an amusement, observe today's trading :

As you can see there were about 31.8M shares "traded" altogether, but only about 20% of the intraday volume was executed at $0.003, (6.8M shares), yet
the closing price today was $0.0003, 25% market cap cut away by "someone" with $255 used to print the desired PPS a couple minutes before the close.
It is all meant to deceive, spread fear and play mental games with sentiment, IMO. None of it means anything whatsoever IMO.
I do not happen to be one who sees anything meaningful in an R/S event; if it were to happen or not. The price rises because the share count is adjusted down, that is all that happens. I think traders have over the years tacked on an overtly negative sentiment on R/S events because in their experience they have seen that R/S's typically are to artificially get the PPS back out of the gutter and then there is continuing dilution. But they fail to recognize that in PK start up companies, the dilution happens anyway, regardless of splits or reverse splits. So, any split or reverse split event is meaningless by itself. It's simply the continuing dilution with no end in sight and more importantly no real corporate progress which continues to crush sentiment in the stock and hope for the company, IMO, not much else. I think most investors and traders have left this stock for dead because they assume the company is over and done with, no progress, CEO failure, no news, etc, but I happen to think anything can happen in PK stocks at anytime, so I just cannot say what will happen. Like everyone else though I can speculate as to what COULD happen. If the CEO actually came through on promises made over a year ago, who knows, the stock could rise sharply, however there is still the DTC chill on the stock so the investor interest has dwindled and so volumes have declined steadily. Volume precedes price and so it makes sense in reverse that if volume declines to low levels, and we assume there are still sellers of stock needing "liquidity" to dump shares (dilution to raise operating capital), the PPS suffers as a consequence. What I would like to know from management is if we assume they have been receiving $50,000 per month, where has all that money been going?! How is management getting all that money and nothing on the corporate side happens at all? How is it that we hear nothing at all since mid summer?!! If nothing comes out of RFMK in the next few months, I may finally be forced to agree with some that this company is a failure and nothing will likely progress from it, however, to ever think it a scam, I would need to be shown hard evidence of fraud, not the usual laughable 24/7 bashers spinning speculations off of speculations and guesswork based on linking to each other's posts wherein they mostly live in a bubble of confused musings and incorrect notions of the truth, and to this day, I have not seen such evidence, I have only seen the same tired basher spin about Cheryl, dilution, etc etc etc. No one really knows what is going on fundamentally with this company other than the CEO and likely a few insiders and others in management. It would be nice for them to inform shareholders at some point though. All just my humble opinions, of course!
