On the other hand someone will always be "dumping". It's called the stock market i.e. buying and selling albeit some days the selling is higher than the buying. I can always read your frustrations in your posts. I don't blame you but IMO this low volume is not dilution. It's NSS manipulation. Coolnapz and I were PM'ing each other this theory well over a year ago and then we started bringing the subject up publically. The MM's and brokers are supporting their shorted hedgies and continue to try and put TECO out of business by throwing vapor shares at the bid to make it look like selling. Then the red scares the weak hands into selling their legitimate shares. How many times have you threatened to sell based on lost patience and frustration? I remember PM's from over a year ago talking about selling half your holdings and then all your holdings. The above strategy is working on you as well only you've been hesitating on pulling the sell trigger for whatever reason. I'm not poking fun at you one bit but just trying to explain my thoughts on the "constant red days" TECO's had for years now. I'm as frustrated as you are but this is not dilution IMO!
