Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. Expands Board DALLA

DALLAS, Oct. 22, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Larry Helm, chairman of the board of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: TCBI ), the parent company of Texas Capital Bank, today announced that Charles "Chuck" Hyle has been elected to the board of directors. Mr. Hyle was also appointed to serve on the Audit Committee of the board.

Hyle had a distinguished banking career with more than 40 years of experience in global credit and risk management. He was a risk executive with Barclays and afterwards the Corporate Chief Risk Officer and member of the Management Committee of Key Bank, a $91 billion commercial and investment bank headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Hyle also served on its internal board.

Hyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and completed the Advanced Management Program from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
