wouldn't count your chickens yet, what if a merger like between alki david filmon and pnch, david could be the chairman or president, perhaps the prefer shares that are there! He could buy up the float like that and sell on a little upwards, for him, plenty of beer money! 
Good thought, and might be possible, very cheap for a billionaire, plus company goes public! $$$$$$
