tx case -just cwrn's response to geos ridiculous request for receivership -cwrn pointing out geo hasnt won any judgement nor satisfied the other conditions necessary for the court to even consider such a demand.
By law geos request should be laughed off, if not holding geo in contempt-and hopefully be the last game before what should only be a 1 or 2 day trial, unless geo keeps playing oddball games.
