Other than us Longs there is nobody that is believing in ICPA for now.  The CC deal not being PR'd yet... the lack of Revs in Q2, and lack of upcoming rev estimates in Steve;s upcoming CC PR, the bashers, the fact there are several other nice plays out there right now..  it just isnt going to happen unless there is a new iron in the fire that could be a catalyst....  who knows.  I have accepted this could drift down to where the f cko's on the other board have long been saying unless we get something and somehting soon that helps.  THe uplisting is too far off.   The only thing that helps me get by right now is its givng a few of my other loser stocks time to pop so that i can load more ICPA.  I am a believer and this is disgusting but maybe it will turn out to be a blessing in disguise in the end if i can pick up another milly around .004..   Only way to look at it now.
