this only because being Allergic About Any Crooks & COs. !

Up- Front I have to mention, it has also with US Culture to do
where even the Mob is also an integrated Part of the so called
„US Free Enterprise“ !
Sorry, but for Objectivity need to be honest and this also under
the View Where Such At Any Other Nation Is Not Possible, as for
example also in Europe where the Brits, French, Germans, Etc. do
an excellent Job for such not having any long- term Chances by
its Laws & Regulations very different compare to the USA !
Where even something as OTC Markets according Companies Laws
& Regulations are impossible and even in Central Europe so called
„Empty Stocks or Shorts Sales“ simply prohibited since US

Now talking about the US SEC which under the US Conditions
is simply Out- Numbered by the Quantity of Crooks & COs.
and resulting also by its Staff limitations and resulting Lack
of Money to pay for more Employees can only act by a Priority
or Urgency Scale from 1 - 5 and additionally can also Not By
Random Check SEC Filings Contents, as the Europeans do, if there
at SEC is not any Claim & Complain From Outside SEC Filed for
an Investigation when ongoing as Inquiry they Call It !!
