PC " Lithuanian shipping company " sale of motor vessel "Asta "

On the 21st October, 2013 Board of Directors of AB „Lietuvos j?r? laivininkyst?” has approved an agreement to sell the motor vessel „Asta“. Delivery of the vessel to the buyer is to take place in December, 2013. The conditions of the sale are confidential. Preliminary accounting loss of this transaction is USD 1.5 million. Funds received from the sale will be used for working capital and repayment of the loans.
