Publishing of Innofactor's Interim Report January-

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release October 21, 2013, at 9:30 Finnish time

Innofactor Plc will publish its interim report January-September 2013 on Tuesday October 29, 2013, at approximately 8:30 am Finnish time.

A conference for Finnish media, investors and analysts will be held on the same day beginning at 9:00 am Finnish time at the company premises Keilaranta 19, Espoo. The report will be presented by CEO Sami Ensio and CFO Mikko Karvinen. Please note that the conference will be held in Finnish. The presentation material will be available on the Innofactor website after the conference.
