All good questions.  I've discovered it through my own DD. You would not believe some of the stuff I've uncovered about the happenings at iscrub through some very thorough DD.  That's why I refuse to give that site another penny of my money. It is full of corruption.  I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see that site shut down someday.

And to answer your question of why people would do this: first, let me explain this by saying this...penny stock manipulation is almost as crazy as drug dealing. There is some craaaazy sh*t happening behind the scenes in the world of OTC stocks. There are rings of people that get paid good money by companies to go onto boards and falsely pump up a stock so the insiders of a company can sell stock at the highest price possible. And then there are places like iscrub who pay people on the other side of the equation.  These paid people are professional stock manipulators who will go onto boards and absolutely trash a company while they are silently buying cheap shares or even shorting the stock. Then we've they had their fill, you can literally watch them flip their demeanor 180 degrees and become the stock's best friend by pumping it like crazy.  You really should read up on some of the lawsuits that have involved iscrub. They've been sued several times for this very thing. And if I'm not mistaken, they have even lost some of those lawsuits. I'd have to go back and verify that part, though.
