Due to the culture of fear created by shorters nonstop lies, stockholders need reassurance the company is continuing operations, resolving transitional problems, working towards sale of inventory, news that negotiations are ongoing for sale of same etc, and of course financials etc , which we suspect may be awaiting the Texas case conclusion. Would be nice to understand more about possible buyers for the 135000 tons plus of fertilizer etc.
The financials necessary to register and provide our dividend of OTCQB KMG stock should be done-always take longer than co's estimate- though I''ve seen co's take muc h longer to do the 2 years audited necessary to uplist CWRN stock to OTCQB- though unaudited will suffice to upgrade to current class- otc did drop requirement of attorney letter re quarterlies but still requires re annuals
but since geo has tried to involve brad he's become more aware of their methods /fishing expedition so some suspect he's waiting for tx case to conclude -now set for 11-4-13
from the last PR he is not one to make caretaker PR's, which holders both want and when they come out,decry. His m.o. seems to be to make statements re large events-and the normal operation of the mine,which we now presume from reports,would not be newsworthy in his estimation.
He's never been public before and so does need to be educated re stockholders need for info-working on it. Very well could have very limited understanding of how the market and this community operates-as many stockholders themselves do- and many holders do not even know about these boards and the game- I didnt before my friend dragged me into the market- and i had to learn about these things on my own
