Thanks. Will be interested in hearing anything that you can get. We haven't received any money yet per the SEC filings. We have a commitment to possibly buy up to $2M worth of SCRC. Further transactions will be negotiated per exhibit 10 of the 8K. We need the money ASAP to get Rapimeds off the ground.
Can you explain why you don't agree? It is fairly simple:
Short the common using the borrowing agreement. I believe Urbanski has 20M shares.
Buy stock from the company at a private negotiated price.
Use the warrants to hedge the short position.
Why GEM would utilize this strategy? To buy SCRC at a private negotiated price to their liking. If we start to see ARCA show up with a wall and the short interest report showing sizable gains, it will confirm their strategy.
