Ever since he caused the 1929 stock market crash, he has been playing a cat and mouse game with the SEC. He is on the top 10 FBI most wanted list since 1929 but they haven't been able to capture him. Last known whereabouts were in the hearts of the Andes mountains running his share selling scheme. He is known by the SEC simply as "the ghost"
