I've been under lock & key to get this deal (M/L) done, and I am pleased to report that everything is in place and on schedule. We have secured the proper credit facilities in order to finance this purchase (and to expand it). Its not done yet, so we won't be sticking out press until it is, but I wanted to break the silence . . . and to let those who requested to participate via the private offering know that we can now return our attentions back to you. (I didn't want to proceed unless I knew we were going to close, as I am sure you can respect . . . and just FYI, we can close with or without participation, just in case anyone was wondering or had a change of mind.)
