As I said before I havent emailed the wish list of stockholders questions/subjects to be addressed in next PR -not everything is a microwave oven- I have been busy as it is and havent seen many longs defending their stock on  iflub etc=I dont get paid for any of this and have much other work-and was waiting for more people to add questions to the list-I've thought of many

I would remind that just because something isnt being communicated does not mean nothing is going on-a trap that stockholders in every co fall into

they are dealing w CEMEX and Bao and possibly OMRI (to determine what to do w the fert-see past posting by cwrn)  and sec settlement (see past postings) and probably other things we dont even know about-

even buyback when they do that is complicated from the regs that have been previously posted on that-they are damned if they do and damned if they dont- due to non reg otc rules etc they cant do a PR which is considered a promo while under ce-which is probably 1 reason why they are underpromising as johncm (1 of the longs who hasnt figured out how to access this board yet?) kept saying etc

and will sec allow them to uplist (where they will be sec reporting- wouldnt 1 of the 1st questions in the review of any application be whether they have any ongoing actions w sec????????? could that possibly be a reason for delay in uplisting -something I thought of after learning of sec etc action--- remember it takes many pennies 2 years to uplist from ce to otcbb)before settlement  w sec-i doubt it-so we are awaiting that settlement as previously noted -see past posts on that

how about coming up w solutions and being part of the solution as grajekk and 1 or 2 others do in their respective specialities?

they arent responsible for ore prices and the ore price fall is illogical as experts have pointed out-we arent talking about chinas economy contracting-we are talking about a slowdown to 7.5% GROWTH-which is still GROWTH that any other country would kill for on a much larger base than 3 years ago-so logically prices would have to rebound-why would underground chinese mines keep producing poor ore -as low as 4% at a cost of 150-/ton(agmetalminer 12-13-10 -thus agmetalminer said 150/ton was now the base for iron prices) for that poor 4% when china can buy ore much cheaper on the international market???? that gives an inkling of what is going on

there are solutions for various types of manipulations which I have offered to various stock holders -anybody who isnt part of the solution is part of the problem-the dtc/penson/broker/otc games of last 1-2 years are unprecedented and could not and were not foreseen by anybody-

same w mex govt requiring a much stricter permit process and then requiring an additional series of audits of  all exporters AFTER issuing new permits-these things are unprecedented ,nobody could predict and are not controlled by cwrn-JUST TO GIVE SOME PERSPECTIVE -has cwrn like all co's and people -including every one of us done some stupid things-if they havent they would be the first perfect people since adam-

1 of the stupid things longs do is shoot themselves and other longs in the foot by complaining publicly when we have private avenues to do that-bashers etc strategize and coordinate and even use multiple aliases to hold conversations w themselves

and btw despite many warnings from max's trading tips 101,posts 40,86 and 117, most longs are responding directly to paid by the reply bashers who get paid for every post that directly links to theres (I'm not talking about the ringleader who allegedly gets a salary and I've been told is a guy -not a woman)-

they dont publicly fight w each other, because unlike longs they are singleminded and thats why bad guys win----good guys never do-thats why good guys always lose -if u think about it that answers a lot of teleological questions and why the world is falling apart and increasingly controlled by the bad guys (who think and have said WE are evil)-what does it take for good guys to wake up and work together?
