Dovre Group has launched a new recruitment and service program for project professionals in the Oil & Gas and large projects industries. The program which is called Dovre Club aims to streamline the project industries’ recruitment process by enabling a smoother allocation of resources to requested projects while also improving the level of service for candidates and clients alike.
Utilizing latest technologies, the program challenges traditional recruitment practices in large project industries, offering a win-win solution for both project professionals and clients. As a key element, the program includes a rewards model, which is instrumental in implementing accurate project professional profiles database leading to shorter client response times.
The program was first launched internally in June and will now be made available for the global community of Oil & Gas professionals, particularly those operating in USA, Canada, Norway and the Middle-East.With global coverage, the program is first of its kind in the Oil & Gas and large projects industries.
