Take a look at this Facebook post from Mr. Steven Samblis, CEO of IC Punch Media. This was posted just today (October 17, 2013). As can be seen in the post (which by the way… when a President of the company leaves their post, be it voluntary or involuntary… is Facebook the place to post the “official” news???) Mr. Samblis states “… and did not come up in basic searches “. REALLY ??? Now take a look at this post here . Also, take notice to the date of our post, and if you read the post you can see Mr. Samblis was supplied the very information he indicates he was unaware of. It is unknown, and will likely never be known, exactly when she “resigned”. One could infer from the Facebook post that it was recent. However, having known about the judgment since May 24, 2013, either Mr. Samblis did not act on the employment contract breach back in May, or, he withheld the information about the President of the company resigning for over 4-months. Take your pick as to which one you believe, however it appears obvious that Mr. Samblis, once again, is being reckless with the truth.

Here is the PM that was sent to Mr. Samblis. Our PM to him was in response to his post here .
Obviously Mr. Samblis’s post, which starts off by saying “ That was a default judgment …” appears to indicate he was fully aware of the judgment on or before the date of that post (May 23, 2013). And if not when he posted the post (which would be extremely hard to believe), certainly when we sent him the PM the next day, which included the links to the legal court documents.
So… we report… you decide. There is the word of Mr. Steven Samblis, or, you can believe the supporting documentation provided here. It’s so disappointing Mr. Samblis appears to think so little of his investors that he proactively misleads them by distorting the facts. Once again… this is not his fault, because the information was not available in “basic” searches. No Mr. Samblis… it wasn’t available in “basic” searches… it was available in a Google search a 6-year old could have done. And if you do not have the intellect of a 6-year old… the information was provided to you and all you had to do was click on the link ! Mr. Samblis, since you like Facebook so much… here is a link you might find useful.
