Gregg1, agree, I do.

The PPS though I think is merely a reflection of the stock trading amidst very low volume. IMO there is not much intraday volume because there is not much investor interest in RFMK right now. I think there is not much interest or following on traders radars because the CEO has not provided investors/traders with much incentive to buy the stock. There has been no news since mid summer and even then it was just a long list of promises which have not transpired.
I think you are right in your point that the company is in the gutter solely because of the CEO's failures. IMO it has absolutely nothing to do with Cheryl.
IMO with no news for months, volume dries up and the PPS declines steadily until it spikes up again on investor/trader interest instigated because of a change in the company and/or on positive news (10K, audit, new product launch, other assorted news or announcements, etc).

By the way, below are all the trades that occurred today. IMO this low level of "activity" is meaningless for the spot PPS. By that I mean, anyone with $195 bucks or so can tank the company market cap down by 25% or more. It's a joke though I'm sure shareholders are not amused.
