Vaccinogen Announces SEC Clearance of Form 10 Regi

FREDERICK, Md., Oct. 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vaccinogen, Inc. (OTCQB:VGEN), a cancer vaccine company, today announced that it received notification from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") stating that the SEC had completed its review of the Company's Form 10 registration statement, effectively clearing comments with the SEC. Upon receiving SEC clearance, the company immediately upgraded its marketplace tier on the OTC Link to OTC.QB status, effective October 16, 2013.
