They know that most true longs need to invest 3-4 times the cash they have in this already just to break even at 4 times the current pps. Even if a long takes a chance on doing that, the flippers will have moved on, the volume will have dried up, and the gambling longs will be stuck even further in the hole. At that point, even if Frank wanted to create a legitimate shell, he would have to have a share structure of less than 100ml and we know how that's done.
