Urban Ag Corp Announces the Award of a Voice/Data/Networking Contract and Service Agreement from Stripes Convenience Stores |

Urban Ag Corp. (OTC:AQUM) (the " Company "), announced today that B&R Telephone ("B&R"), an operating unit of its wholly-owned subsidiary Green Wire Enterprises, Inc., has been awarded a voice/data/networking contract and service Agreement from the owner of over 575 Stripe's Convenience Stores located in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma, including operations of dozens of 7-Elevens and Circle K's, and the inventors of the world's original "pay-at-the-pump" system. B&R has also been awarded Voice and Data remodel projects for Best Buy, Sable Exploration, Buddy Walker Furniture Stores, and the Small Business Administration located in Corpus Christi. Urban Ag Corp. also announced today that Green Wire, Inc. ("GWI"), an operating unit of its wholly owned subsidiary Green Wire Enterprises, Inc., will be providing network services and maintenance for national chain and big box stores like Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens and Firestone Tire in San Antonio, Austin and Central Texas areas. Billy V. Ray, Jr., CEO of Urban Ag Corp stated, "These are significant contracts with the upside revenue opportunity to provide additional upgraded services at these locations. We are continuing to expand our client-base as a leader in providing communications equipment and services throughout Texas."
