Elisa cancels 2 million treasury shares
ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 17 OCTOBER 2013 AT 9:00am
Elisa's Board of Directors has decided to cancel 2,000,000 treasury shares. After the cancellation company has 7,986,043 treasury shares, which represents 4.8 per cent of the total number of shares. The cancellation does not have an effect on the share capital.
The cancellation is valid after it is registered in the Trade Register, which is expected to happen on 7 November 2013.
