Okay people lets go through this! I'm only saying this once so pay attention. First of all do you know why Cannabee cannot sell cannabis products online on their website, such as the cartridges? THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT!! Ok, so now that we got that out of the way lets move on. Even though Cannabee cannot legally mail product they can sell their product to licensed dispensaries who then can in turn sell it in their store. Bashers always like to bring up Harborside in Oakland. Call Harborside tomorrow and tell them you would like to order their products but that you live 5 hours away. They will tell you they cannot ship you products through the mail!! Its illegal. They will tell you they only have drivers who deliver within a certain mile radius. Call Dixie elixirs tomorrow. Tell them you want to order product and for them to mail it to you. They will tell you the can't!! Call any dispenserary in any state and ask them to mail you something. They will all tell you they cant! Does this mean harborside, Dixie elixir and every other dispenserary is a scam? No it does not obviously. Dixie elixir just like cannabee or yak and yeti sell their products to licensed dispenseraries who then in turn stock their shelves with the product for sale on a retail level. Everyone got it? Ok good.
Lets move on to Pharmajanes. Whos ever ordered flowers through 1800-flowers for flowers for your wife, girlfriend, mother or whoever? I know I have many times. You call 1800-flowers browse the website, place your order, pay and put in the address for shipping. Now, do you think 1800-flowers delivers the flowers directly? Do you think that's them that shows up at your girlfriends work with flowers or shows up with the flowers when you send them to a relative in another state? No they do not! They take the order, process the order and then get in touch with a local flower shop who they are set up with in that specific city and state and the local florist is the one who fulfills the order and delivers it. 1800-flowers gets a small cut for brokering the order. Everyone got that? Ok so now back to pharmajanes. I go on their site, browse the selection, place my order and a LOCAL dispenserary fullfiulls the order and delivers it personally. Pharmajanes gets a small cut of the action for brokering the deal. Pharmajanes does not sell weed, handle weed or ship weed!! Just like 1800-flowers they simply broker the deal and get a small cut of the action for setting it up. 10000% totally legal!!
