Just got back home from Dallas. I had...
a nice 6.5 hour meeting today with Eddie Vakser and another shareholder. This is one of the most amazing companies I have come across in a long time. I own 3 sub chapter S corp. and know a lot about how to run and manage businesses. What they are doing is simply amazing. I will be making a much larger investment in this company. I did talk extensively about taking a long term stake in the company. Most likely I will be purchasing restricted form 144 shares. I have met with CEO's before of companies that I have invested with in the past, but none before has been like Eddie, he is extremely connected. He completely explained to me what happened with the past problems concerning the chill. Honestly no fault on his part at all. And he explained what they have done to clear up this issue. It will just take some time for it to go thru the process of being taken completely off the records. It is just much cheaper to just let it run its course and come off the records. At least he did not waste the shareholders money.
I want people here to invest in this company because they have don't their OWN DD. Not by what I have said or what I have done. If you like the DD you have done and you like the information of why I'm investing then that is great and why I share some of my information. Understand I will never tell you everything. Sorry some things I just don't share on a message board. Those that have followed me in the past know this about me. Just so people will know this meeting took place today I got a price of Eddie and I together. Last night he was in a suit, today he was in jeans and a sweater. I was still in my same clothes from last night. I was not expecting to stay today and only brought 1 set of dress clothes.
This is a rock solid company that will deliver on what they say. It never happens as fast as people want. But you guys and gals have to learn a little patience. It will happen. Who really cares if the app comes out tomorrow or next week. It want make a flying flip in a year from now. I will reach out to a few of you that I know and trust. Please give me a little time to process all this and see how I'm going to play it out.
