September is just around the corner, pennys should be picking up then. Maybe this was part of EVDR's master plan to wait until there are more eyes looking at the stock? Summers can be very slow.. Lets all hope they have a plan.. LOL! I am sure when everything comes to fruition it will be worth the wait!
