There is nothing bad that we know of happening re cwrn- just in case some are confused by the legal- and nothing re the legal will affect operations unless something illegally really really bizarre happens-
geo was claiming 3 small ex's no longer of any real utility and a small payloader and then changed its story much later to other equip and changed it story again- imo desperation moves- since geo violated the jva in bringing a case in tx geo does not have Jurisdiction over the mine? and is focused on a very narrow selective part of the overall picture-for which,until its latest ridiculous iteration,was asking for monetary damages for equip-
I - and Bob et al believe the equip belongs to cwrn and geo just brought tx case as a harassment action to get a jump on CWRN's suit against geo- w geo hoping to get something out of selective tx case to offset against cwrn's much larger case against geo - but tx case does not involve brad and will not affect operations unless something really really bizarre happens
we think brad may be waiting for tx case to conclude before releasing financials etc due to geo's fishing expedition- trial has been delayed several times-something neither brad or anybody else could predict - i dont set the trial dates- now set for 11-4-13
geos case is weak imo- thus all the games- and only involves some equipment whereas cwrn's case is strong imo and much larger asking scores of millions damages/penalties
geo claimed in bringing tx case tx was proper venue because of shirleys involvement (shirley used to be officer of geo) but geo didnt even depose ex ceo shirley aug 2 when she was ready and had traveled from Mexico for the deposition and geo has not attempted to depose shirley since- geos story keeps changing in imo a desperate attempt to confuse/ manipulate the court
very few can buy til the financials etc are released and thus remove the dtc restriction in concert w a broker sponsor-thus the low volume and low pps- so people must be desperate for money to sell at this pps in the most undervalued stock around- when the tx case could be over in ca 2 weeks w again no harm to cwrn expected-they seem to be focusing on bob as an indiviudal except for their latest ridiculous game (trying to get something that cannot happen)
