We have a 7%-16% intraday drop in share price on 2

We have a 7%-16% intraday drop in share price on 280K volume 112K buys and 160K sells on a 1.3B OS.   How in hell does a stock drop 16% with these numbers unless the 160K sells are actually  NSS at play causing double dilution effect to the PPS?  What justifies a16% drop with an almost even trading day and such low volume? In addition an obviously growing company albeit only proven in  PR,  newsletters, and photos so far?  The shorters day is coming and possibly sooner than not but TECO needs a lot of buying pressure and proven revenue.
