Since he selected form 20-F ...does that mean he has 15 days to file ? The filing should have been a Q...so naturally this Florida Boy is a bit confused. Some clarification would be appreciated if anyone is inclined to do so. It would keep me from digging and reading a bunch of legal stuff....
