AS Tallinna Vesi will hold Investor Conference Web

AS Tallinna Vesi is pleased to announce that as part of its ongoing commitment to business transparency it will be the first company on the Tallinn Stock Exchange to announce its 3rd quarter results using the Nasdaq OMX’s webinar service. As a result of this change AS Tallinna Vesi invites shareholders, investors, analysts and other stakeholders to join its investor conference webinar, scheduled on October 25 ^th 2013 at 11 am (EET). The presentation will be in English.

Webinar will be hosted by the Chairman of the Board, Ian Plenderleith and Chief Financial Officer Riina Käi, who will introduce the results for the 3rd quarter of 2013.

Ian Plenderleith and Riina Käi will answer the questions after presentation. Due to limited webinar time, we also encourage participants to send questions before webinar until October 24th at 23:59 pm (EET) to hedi.uustalu@nasdaqomx.com .

How to join the webinar? To join the webinar, please register to participate, hedi.uustalu@nasdaqomx.com . The registration is open until October 25 ^th at 10 am (EET). You will be provided with link and directions to enter the site.

Due to technical reasons only the first 90 registered participants based on first-come-first-serve principle will have the opportunity to participate in the webinar. Registered participants will receive access to the webinar in the morning of October 25th via e-mail. The webinar will be recorded and available online for everyone at the company’s website on www.tallinnavesi.ee and on the web page of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn.

What is webinar? Webinar is a virtual conference, during which company’s representatives give information about the company and its performance. Webinar allows interactive communication and a possibility to ask questions and get answers directly from the board members / company.
