CORRECTION TO NOTICE TO EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF GEOSENTRIC OYJ
There were two technical errors in the notice to GeoSentric Oyj’s Extraordinary General Meeting that was published on October 15, 2013. It was erroneously informed in the notice that the Company has on the date of the notice 3,601,688,118 shares whereas the correct number of shares and votes is 3,601,668,118. In addition the Finnish language version of the notice erroneously informed that shareholder, who has been registered in the Company’s shareholder register, maintained by the Euroclear Finland Ltd, on October 25, 2013 has the right to participate in the General Meeting whereas the correct date is October 28, 2013.
GeoSentric Oyj corrects the notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting published on October 15, 2013 with above-mentioned information.
