Makes sense B&W.
This has been going on for so long (in terms of hours committed) I can't remember where I got this from, but I seem to remember Allyn or Benz hinting something to the effect of being frustrated with how long the AEGY process was taking.
Anyway, once the audit is done, we should be off to the races right? The divvy will happen, mergers can wrap up, new Medical Greens will officially be born, AEGY can likewise retire its ticker and negative history and we forge ahead with clean slates, right? IMO, they should both announce their existence with overwhelming force.
If I were in Kevin Allyns shoes I wouldnt want to break open the Rolodex and ask any celebs to invest and/or be a spokesperson for SK3 for fear of hurting the relationship when they Google the history and find Hipple etc scam stories.
Just guessing, but if I was I-Glow... I'd lay off the bashing on the new company ticker because Benz may just serve up that dinner dish he's been asking for.
