the best info we have from kmg etc is that there are no legal or political reasons that we know of-just transitional issues-see post 5287
you and i and anybody who hasnt bought recently are frustrated by the games-but remember the source of the games -beginning w a reported hedge funds shorting of cwrn so finra daily short vol was 65-95% everyday fall 2010- so when price was rising 85% /day jan 2011 shorters fraudulently shouted to otc that there was a massive promo-there had been no promo since the failed mar 2010 promo for which bob and cwrn were selected for punishment
then unprecedented otc dtc games green lighted by sec which nobody could predict w brokers restricting our stock while shorting it plus mm's etc
so remember cwrn is a fellow victim of these games as are many other pennies
the thinking process encouraged by shorters is to get us to blame the companies for the games played by shorters otc dtc brokers sec mm's etc -if we do shorters,who have devoted their lives to destruction, win and say, WE GOTCHA
I spent hundreds of hours giving longs the opportunity to come into agreement w me to stop these games but nobody would so what logical right do they thus have to complain?=-plus I've spent thousands of hours dd providing info at no cost to anybody except myself
if holders dont believe this is the most undervalued and should rise rapidly again once dtc etc removed then the falling pps is on them -- these shorter games have blocked market forces ever since jan 2011
as to PR' s u can see from last pr that brad likes to do things in a grand manner when he has grand things to say- so once TX case is over -now scheduled for 11-4-13-- he will be free to release financials prospectus sec reg statement etc to remove dtc plus give us a dividend of kmg stock to holders of cwrn stock as of a certain date,if geos fishing expedition is the reason for delay in those things as we suspect
