HFF sells 54 Apartments in Vindakor
In September, the Housing Financing Fund (HFF) sold 54 apartments in Vindakor, Kopavogur. The apartment building is 10.500 square meters and is one of the properties the Fund acquired in 2009. Assessing the condition of the building has been a long process. The actual sales process started in late 2012, but the Fund had, however, tried to sell the building in 2009.
In the first nine months of the year, HFF has sold a total of 218 properties compared to 98 over the same period in 2012. The Fund has placed more focus on selling its larger properties, resulting in a higher number of units sold, for example, several apartment buildings.
