AS Tallink Grupp listing prospectus for a 900 mill

Tallinn, 2013-10-15 15:53 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Tallink Grupp listing prospectus for a 900 million NOK bond approved

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) has approved the AS Tallink Grupp listing prospectus for a 900 million NOK bond on 14 ^th  of October. On June 3, 2013 AS Tallink Grupp completed the private placement of this 900 NOK million senior unsecured bond. The maturity date of the floating interest rate bond is 18 ^th  of October 2018. Security note together with the registration document constitutes the prospectus.  Prospectus is available at AS Tallink Grupp homepage  www.tallink.com/bond .   Application will be made for a listing of the bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Bors), listing is expected within a week.
