Suspension of trading in AS "RB Asset Management" IPS investment fund "RB Opportunity Fund - I" units
NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on October 15, 2013 to immediately suspend trading in AS "RB Asset Management" IPS investment fund "RB Opportunity Fund - I" units till delisting of the fund from the regulated market.
According to AS "RB Asset Management" IPS announcement , changes in fund documents imply restrictions on investor range. At the same time, according to NASDAQ OMX Riga "Rules On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments on the Markets Regulated by the Exchange" point 4.2.1., only freely transferable financial instruments may be listed on the Exchange lists.
