The following representatives of Alfa Laval AB’s largest shareholders have been asked and accepted to form the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2014: Finn Rausing - Tetra Laval Jan Andersson – Swedbank Robur Fonder Ramsay Brufer - Alecta Claes Dahlbäck – Foundation Asset Management Lars-Åke Bokenberger – AMF-Pension. The Annual General Meeting will be held at Färs & Frosta Sparbank Arena, Klostergårdens idrottsområde, Stattenavägen, Lund, Sweden on April 28th, 2014, at 16.00 (CET).
