H Intressenter’s proposal for members of the Boa

H Intressenter AB (”H Intressenter”), that holds more than 90 percent of the shares and votes in Höganäs AB (publ) (”Höganäs”), has made the following proposal to the extraordinary general meeting to be held 28 October 2013. H Intressenter proposes, for the time until the next annual general meeting, re -election of Alrik Danielson, Peter Gossas, Jenny Lindén Urnes and Erik Urnes, and election of Staffan Bohman, Kurt Jofs, Kristian Sildeby and Lars Wedenborn as board members and election of Staffan Bohman as Chairman of the Board. H Intressenter’s proposal entails that the Board of Directors will consist of eight board members elected by the general meeting.
