Sounds like a job for Mighty Mouse!  Yep, drop'em down the hole and he'll get that darn thing up and out in no time.  The only problem is how do you get the oil completely washed out of his cape.  But perhaps he shouldn't worry about that issue.  After all, Treaty would then have enough money from their Belize oil operations to purchase the little guy a new one.  Now, go get'em little one.  We need some Belize oil.
